Here is some specific and general information regarding our policies, terms and conditions and other helpful information to make your suit buying experience as easy as possible. Satisfying our clients and honoring their requests to the extent possible is our ultimate goal. Please ask as many questions as you wish, and we would be happy to give you as much information as possible.
Ordering Policy for Crystal Embellished Suits

Once your order is received, we will review it, answer any questions you may have and then finalize it. We will send you an email confirming all of your choices and provide you with the total amount due. Payment in full will be expected at that time via Paypal according to our instructions. Once payment is received, we will place your order in the queue.
We will also provide you with a sample suit in the size and style requested. Please read our sample suit policies below.
Once your shell suit is constructed (before being crystallized), we will mail it to you to try on for your final approval. Once you have approved the suit fit, no further changes may be made. We strongly recommend that you have your trainer/advisor check the suit for fit. If you do not have a trainer/advisor and are unsure of fit, please e-mail us a picture of you wearing the suit front and back and we will advise you on suit fit. The suit must be returned by the requested date. If the suit is not returned by the date requested, we may have to adjust the commitment date. Alterations to the suit, if any, will be made once we receive it. The suit will then be fully-embellished and provided to you by the contracted date and is a FINAL SALE.
Return Policy
Custom Posing Suits and Bikinis
Because all of our custom suits are produced according to your individual specifications, SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Of course, as stated above, you will have the opportunity to try on the shell suit prior to crystallization and can make changes at that time. Understand that this is a tailoring business and as such more than one fitting may be required. Due to the various stretch qualities of all of the fabrics we carry, we cannot guarantee that alterations may not be necessary. Please read our ordering policy (above) and our Terms and Conditions (below) and on your order form.
Ready-to-Wear Suits
Ready-to-Wear Suits must be returned within 10 business days, in unworn and new condition with the hygeine sticker intact. A merchandise credit will be issued for the full amount or a new suit may be selected.
Accessories (Bikini Bite and Jewelry)
The purchase of accessories is final and non-returnable.
Fabric Samples
Up to 5 free fabric samples will be provided to you upon request. Please use our "Contact Us" form and provide us with your name, address, phone number, and the numbers of the fabric samples you'd like. We'll send them to you by first-class mail within 24 hours.
Sample Suits
Once your order is complete, we will provide you with a sample suits to try on. These would also be helpful in determining if you'd like changes to our standard cuts (rear width, torso length for more coverage, etc., top sizes, styles, etc.). If the sample suit(s) is not sent back, we will deduct $125 per suit or $75 per top and $50 per bottom from the amount received for the final suit. Of course, final suiits will not be provided until we are paid in full. If a custom pattern is necessary to make changes to our standard suit pattern, there will be a one-time $25 charge. You will be able to use the pattern for any future suit orders with Fabulous Fitwear at no additional charge. Custom patterns are the property of Fabulous Fitwear and will not be sent to the client.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read all of the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. You must agree to these terms and conditions prior to submitting your order by typing your name in the appropriate box.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are any orders received with less than 6 weeks' notice. A rush fee of 10% of the cost of the suit will be added to your invoice. In any business, rush orders require overtime and increased expenses. Therefore, the shipping cost will be higher as a result express charges. We cannot guarantee how many suit fittings may be required.
Shipments:
Shipments to the client will be paid for by Fabulous Fitwear from the shipping and handling amount collected. All final suits are insured and must be signed for. You will receive an email confirming that the package is on it’s way. If you wish to waive your signature, please indicate this at the bottom of the order form. Fabulous Fitwear will not be responsible for delivery once the signature requirement is waived. Expect your suit to be received by you between 2-10 days prior to your show. If you are planning a photo shoot, that date must be clearly indicated on the order form and the due date for the final suit will be calculated on that date. If we are not provided with photo shoot information on the order form, the suit will be ready for the show date--no exceptions.
Normal Wear and Tear:
Fabulous Fitwear uses only high-quality fabrics and embellishments but normal wear may cause fading of the fabric in high-friction areas. Tanning products may fade and/or stain the fabric. Fabulous Fitwear is not responsible for the durability of the fabric, embellishments or laundering of the suit. Cleaning instructions are provided but will not guarantee that tanning products or any other fitness products or makeup can be removed from the fabric. These events are unavoidable in the fitness industry; Fabulous Fitwear may not be held responsible.
IMPORTANT: All suits created by Fabulous Fitwear are considered costumes. Because the fabrics and embellishments are not made for use in water, they should not be used as swimwear. Fabulous Fitwear is not responsible for any damage incurred as a result of improper use.
Fabulous Fitwear uses only high quality crystal embellishments and glue made for crystal application purposes. Crystals may fall off as a result of normal wear and tear and the stretch qualities of the fabric. This should not affect the overall look of the suit, however, we will be happy to replace the missing crystals for you free of charge. Of course, you will only be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Changes:
Any requested changes to your suit must be submitted via an order form. Once the suit is in production, charges will be applied based on the percentage of work completed. If the suit is not in production, every effort will be made to accommodate your request and any additional charges as a result of design changes must be paid prior to commencing production. We are always committed to maintaining open communications with our clients and seek to honor any requests to the extent we are able.
Care of Your Suit
Most fabrics wash well by hand in a sink of cold water. Use a mild detergent such as those used for baby clothes. Wash in shallow water, rinse and remove immediately. Do not soak the suit. Hang to dry over a towel or allow to drip over your tub as excess dye may run.
Lightly brush the inside of the suit with a sponge or soft cloth as necessary to remove glue.
Holographic and foil fabrics will turn silver if subjected to any scrubbing or oil. Please be especially mindful of this when washing these fabrics.
When velvet fabrics are drying, carefully fluff with a soft cloth or blow dry on a cold setting to restore the nap.
Once the suit is dry, store it in the bag we have provided which protects the stonework and allows it to transport to your shows safely.
